ABOUT
Shoki Lin is a director, writer, and editor based in Singapore.
He wrote and directed Meet Me at the Pavilion (2025), part of the anthology film Kopitiam Days, which was selected for the 38th Tokyo International Film Festival and is currently streaming on Netflix.
His thesis short film ADAM premiered at the 72nd Cannes Film Festival as part of the Cinéfondation Selection. His earlier works include Chasing Paper, which competed at the 2018 Busan International Film Festival, and Changi, winner of Best Picture at the 2017 National Youth Film Awards. His short film Newborn opened the Singapore International Film Festival in 2020.
In 2022, Shoki was selected for SEAFIC Seedlab, an early-development workshop for emerging filmmakers in Southeast Asia.
He graduated from Nanyang Technological University’s School of Art, Design and Media.
